Send the boat make, model and length with clear photographs of the tube, a cut edge or seam, and the valve. We will tell you whether it needs a repair, a partial replacement or a full retube, and we will say so even when the answer is the cheaper one.
Why owners and operators use Ribcollar
We manufacture tubes in-house, rather than buying them in and fitting them. That gives us control over the pattern, specification, fittings and finish, whether we are replacing an existing collar or building to a new requirement.
Where no pattern exists, we can reverse-engineer an existing tube. We dismantle the original collar, digitally scan the panels and create accurate CNC production patterns, allowing us to reproduce older, discontinued or one-off tube designs.
We work exclusively in Orca Hypalon. It is widely used across the RIB industry, proven in leisure and professional service, and remains repairable throughout its working life.
We will also tell you when a repair makes more sense than a retube. We assess the condition of the tube and quote for the work the boat needs.
Every new tube set we manufacture carries a five-year fabric warranty.
