Ribcollar Inflatables manufactures, repairs and replaces Orca Hypalon tubes, collars and self-righting systems for rigid inflatable boats. We pattern, CNC cut, build and fit in our own workshop in Yeovil, Somerset, for leisure owners, commercial operators, rescue services, defence users and boat builders.

Send the boat make, model and length with clear photographs of the tube, a cut edge or seam, and the valve. We will tell you whether it needs a repair, a partial replacement or a full retube, and we will say so even when the answer is the cheaper one.

Why owners and operators use Ribcollar

We manufacture, rather than buy in and fit. Tubes are patterned, cut and built here, so the specification is ours to change and the tolerances are ours to hold. Orca Hypalon only. We build in one material and we know it properly. Grade selection, bonding, wear protection and repair behaviour are all different in Hypalon, and specialising means we get them right. Straight advice on repair against retube. We quote the job the boat needs. Recommending a repair when a repair will do is why owners come back and why operators put us on their approved list. Five year fabric warranty on every tube set we build.

We are a short run from the A303. Bring the boat on its trailer during working hours, or ask about UK collection. For most repairs we only need the tube, not the whole boat.

Outside the UK? We ship complete made to measure tube sets worldwide.
